Maʻulupekotofa/en

Although Maʻulupekotofa died in 1806, he seems to have been no Tuʻi Tonga anymore (disposed?) since 1795. Tokiukamea describes that on the second day of his arrival in Tonga, 2 December 1806, he woke up and saw everybody with shaved heads: a habit for the day of the burial of a Tuʻi Tonga.
