Fakamahino The U.S. Navy cargo ship USS Betelgeuse (AK-28) alongside the pier at Tongatabu, Tonga Islands, 8 June 1942. Note the complex pattern camouflage applied to this ship. On 1 February 1943 USS Betelgeuse was redesignated attack cargo ship AKA-11.
