Ko e ikuʻipusi ko e fuʻu ʻakau siʻi ia mo e ngaahi kiʻi matalaʻiʻakau lanufekika, ʻoku tatau ʻene ʻasi mo e hiku ʻo e pusi. Ko e ʻakau vao ia. ʻOku tatau mo e Uraria lagopodoides mo e Uraria lagopoides DC. mo e Hedysarum lagopodioides mo e hā fua.
Kā ʻoku ʻi ai ʻa e faʻahinga kehe, ko e ikuʻipusi kulaʻahoʻaho (hingoa taʻefakalakanga) [red-hot cat's-tail, chenille plant]. ʻOku lōloa ange mo e ʻahoʻaho ange mo e fakaʻofoʻofa ange hono "hiku". ʻOku manakoa ʻi he ngoue kakala. ʻOku ui ko e kalakalaʻāpusi ʻe he tokotaha, neongo ko e faʻahinga kehe mei he kāinga tatau pē ia.
